The second season is spot on

The second season improves on the first as the strengths and weaknesses of the characters are highlighted in a more complex, and subtle, fashion. The acting is superb. Characters are interesting. And the plot moves forward in an engaging fashion. The chemistry between the team is much improved and seems natural.

This episode, "Wives and Lovers" makes good use of music to set the mood. The tension between the suspect and Susan is terrific as both actors perform at a high level.

The song at the end is performed by: Faithless featuring Dido The title is "One Step to Far" (C) 2001 BMG Entertainment International UK & Ireland Ltd.

Great British T.V. series starring Amanda Donohue

The new T.V Series of 'Murder City' is great and last week's episode entitled 'Wives and Lovers'was very gripping. There is always a fantastic twist toward the end of the programme and this episode had a great one.

The acting is of a very high standard and the programme does not follow the normal run of police shows.

Toward the final scene this week there was a beautiful song being sung, but I was not able to recognise the title of the piece of music. If there is anyone out there that saw this programme and recognised the song, I would really appreciate hearing from you.

    Willful Ignorance

Writers rely on willfull ignorance to further the confusion and mis-direction. Sldo rely on badic assumptions of stupidity. In season two, episode one, why didn't the guy fallen upon take a step in any direction? More. If you ignore the aholeness of most of the characters then a passable watch if you have abdolutely nothing else to fo.
