Always enjoy this one
While the show usually relies on clever, well-crafted stories with a genius payoff, this episode is more reliant on the characters personalities. This makes it such a rewatchable episode. While it's a bit silly it allows some absolutely hilarious lines from Del Boy and fun reactions from Rodney. Seeing Del Boy's efforts to communicate and pretend to be a know-it-all was brilliant. My favourite moment is their interaction with the genuine owner of the restaurant, seeing them try to describe the character they were looking for and the moment of realisation when they find out they've been conned.
Decent episode
I think this is the best of a patchy first series. The interplay between Del and Rodney really comes across well and for the first time we get a glimpse of Rodney's social conscience as opposed to Dels scheming plan. The other actors are also excellent and there is a twist late on which I didn't see coming on first watch.
Cash and Curry
An episode that seems to have been built around a fairly unfunny title.
The show was still developing at this point, John Sullivan was still adapting to write for the actors playing the roles, so perhaps subpar episodes like this could be expected.
It's one I've watched a couple of times, but it isn't the show at its best.

Why So High?
Big OFAH fan but can't see why this is so highly rated. One of the worst episodes for sure. No real laughs, silly story, just feels odd, and you can see the end coming a mile away.
For a show with many great and memorable comedy moments running for more than 20 years you have to expect a few duds. This is one such dud.

A mildly funny episode focussed more on plot and sight gags
Del tries to broker a deal between two Indian business men.
It starts off well with Del drunk in a casino dealing with a Karate chopping Sikh bodyguard who Del likens to a bond villain's henchman. However once the main plot starts to unfold things don't really get interesting or go anywhere further than being mildly funny. The final act does have a twist in its tail but you will see it coming a mile off.
David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst carry this episode with their personalities alone as the material they have to work with is not as strong as some other episodes. It is very plot driven and the usual character banter is not the main priority. Most of the comedy is derived from sight gags and lines of dialogue with Renu Sentna and Ahmed Kalil that don't work particularly well for me. Granddad does not appear which also doesn't help matters.
Comedy as always is a matter of taste. I get the most pleasure from watching the three central characters either bantering together in the flat or in the Nags Head doing likewise with recurring characters. If you get bored with continual dialogue and want to see the characters doing things, this one might appeal. It is all in the eye of the beholder as always, so others might feel different
For me it's a 5.5/10, but I round upwards.
