Wallace Langham in The Outer Limits (1995)

Goofs

Final Appeal

The Outer Limits

Edit

Continuity

Justice Woods reminds Justice Harbison that they have totally authenticated evidence that Dr. Theresa Givens was born in 1954. However, it was stated in A Stitch in Time (1996) that she was five years old on August 12, 1966, meaning that she was born in either late 1960 or 1961.
The Solicitor General Wallace Gannon states that the version of Dr. Givens from the original timeline travelled back in time and killed 17 future serial killers before they had an opportunity to kill any of their victims. However, in A Stitch in Time (1996), that version of Dr. Givens claimed to have killed 20 such men.

Factual errors

The US Supreme Court does not hold trials, no witnesses, no evidence is presented. SCOTUS only addresses constitutional issues. Each side attorneys present arguments only.

Plot holes

Although the world was supposed to have no technology, the correctional officers had two way radios on their belts.
