Now, that crap shooter watched the game for an hour before he made a bet, and I think he was keeping track mentally of every throw, computing the possible odds on every bet on that table as he went along - and then betting when those odds gave him the edge. Now, this is something that only a complex computer could normally handle, and I think that there's some likelihood that he, and the man who lifted the car, and the man who killed our night watchman are the same person.
