Goofs

Keeper of the Purple Twilight

The Outer Limits

Edit

Continuity

As filmed/edited/shown, the 'climactic' end chase makes no spatial sense, giving a very strong impression that the chased and chasers were filmed separately and loosely edited together.

Revealing mistakes

The glowing alien eyes are overlaid images, apparent when they move separately from the heads directly behind them.
Janet's exit at 7:30 reveals the flimsiness of the stage walls.
When the show begins, Ikar walks through the gates without their having been opened. Later, in Eric's car when Ikar starts to get out, he opens the door as a human would.
At 42:00, the camera filming Ikar vanishing jiggles slightly; and, at 47:43, moves when two enforcers disappear.

Crew or equipment visible

At 46:35, the cable that lifts the tree raised by the enforcer is visible at the roots.

Plot holes

Ikar says his planet is overpopulated, but if its females serve only for reproduction, and its society is perfectly organized, how could it become overpopulated?
