I don't know if the word can be used on this site, but this episode is basically that. I won't spoil any of the plot for you, as others did without warning. I'll just let you know that this episode is very much pro-s_____e, or as the young'uns say "self-unaliving". I won't reveal for you just how that applies to the plot, but be aware that the characters who "self-unalive" are the characters the audience is supposed to consider to be the heroes of the episode. If you're not okay with the promotion of "self-unaliving" as a heroic event to be admired, the you may want to skip watching this episode.
