An astronaut who was missing for 20 years contacts Earth from an alien planet. However, mere minutes have passed for him, and the wormhole that brought him there is unstable. What are the risks of a rescue operation?

An astronaut crash lands on an alien planet thanks to an unstable wormhole, but is miraculously able to contact Earth. Unfortunately, what was minutes, maybe hours, for him was 20 years for Earth, and his former girlfriend has moved on from his disappearance and is now head of the space agency. As he endures attacks by an alien monster, the space agency discusses the merits and risks of a rescue operation.—movieguy3

The head of the space agency, Nancy McDonald, is called into the office when an emergency SOS signal is received from an astronaut who has landed in large body of water. The signal was sent by Lt. Christopher Lindy over an unsecured channel using 20 year-old equipment. Lindy disappeared 20 years ago and was in fact McDonald's fiancé at the time. To the best they can determine, Lindy's craft traveled through a wormhole and while he has aged only a short time, 20 years have passed on Earth. McDonald has to decide whether to launch a risky rescue operation. As for Lindy, there seems to be a very large creature in the water with him.—garykmcd

A mysterious radio signal turns out to be an astronaut lost in a mission 20 years prior. He floats in a raft on an alien ocean on the other side of a wormhole, besieged by a giant alien Jellyfish, while his mission team on earth debates the risks of rescuing him.
