Said says that he refuses to wear an orange prison jumpsuit in court because it will tarnish his image to the jury. However an inmate cannot be forced to wear a prison jumpsuit during a trial, the Supreme Court ruled that inmates must be allowed to wear normal civilian clothing during a trial for the very reason that wearing a prison outfit can cause the jury to be unconsciously biased.
