    Different.

The summary for this episode on IMDB is not correct. The accused robber did NOT escape into Mexico but was caught at the border. Soon, Petrocelli and a Deputy arrive in that town to bring Don Janssen (Christopher Connelly) back for a trial. However, some thugs are not about to just let this happen and end up chasing them into the desert. But why? Why do this and why do they insist that they must talk to Don?

This episode is rather different. Like some of the later episodes of the series, this one never actually goes to court and it's really much more of an action story...with Petrocelli being an odd macho hero. It's also very unusual because the man is accused of robbery (not murder) and he is NOT the usual nice, sympathetic innocent guy! See it and see what I mean.
