- Elsa: That Gem belongs to my Master.
- Dr. Tommy Oliver: There's two things you guys need to learn about Dino Gems - one: you can't choose them - they choose you.
- Elsa: What's the other?
- Dr. Tommy Oliver: [Raises a brachiosaurus-themed Morpher...] They go real well with Dino Morphers.
- [... Which he then slams the Black Dino Gem into, powering the Morpher up]
- Elsa: Aren't you a little old for this Tommy?
- Dr. Tommy Oliver: I may be old, but I can still pull it off.
- [Prepares to morph]
- Dr. Tommy Oliver: Dino Thunder... Power Up!
- [Morphs into his newest Ranger identity]
- Dr. Tommy Oliver: Dino Thunder Black Ranger!
- Zeltrax: [as he fights the newly morphed Tommy] Is that all you got... Black Ranger?
- Dr. Tommy Oliver: Give me a break - it's been a while.
- [an alarm goes off when the red, blue, and yellow rangers enter Mesogog's fortress]
- Mesogog: It seems we have visitors.
- Dr. Tommy Oliver: I'm going to take a guess that it's for you.
- Mesogog: There's that wit again. If I had a sense of humor, I might actually enjoy it.
- Mesogog: This is your final chance, Dr. Oliver. Free the gem from its resting place, or feel the wrath of my disappointment.
- Dr. Tommy Oliver: Do I have to pick one?
