The show ends with an incredibly brilliant episode.

Jeannie gets a visit from Jeff's old school friend Stuart Boyle, of Boyle's department store, who claims he's had contact from his dad, who's dead, Jeannie goes to investigate, but runs into trouble. Jeff comes to help, only this time he doesn't have Marty.

I'm giving it a score of ten, some may think it's too high, but I truly love this episode, the show's best, it really does feel like cult TV, it's creative, imaginative, brilliant realised and a little macabre, the idea of a killer department store, wonderful, very Avengers like.

It reminds me of 80's Doctor Who, The McCoy and Baker years, it's so over the top and outlandish, but underneath all of the razzmatazz and giant props, is a pretty bleak story. The giant Punch and Just are so menacing.

Jeff is having to battle on his own, for most of this episode he's battling without Marty and his super powers, it makes it feel a little different.

What a wonderful idea Rhadamanthus on Sea is, a place for those ghosts that have been forgotten by their chosen ones, quite a bleak theme.

The performances are brilliant, the regular cast are great, but Roy Hudd and Eleanor Bron are tremendous, there's something so sinister, John Michie, he's excellent, and wow what a gorgeous man!

One thing Stuart said which resonated, he talks about the death of the department store, sadly that's a realist now.

What a pity it ended here.

    10/10.
