I remember seeing this episode and thinking it was a great premise. Then I remember that the Simpsons made this joke in an old episode.
This episode is almost 50% Questworld and 50% classic animation. That being said the story feels out of place when Doctor Surd seems to be constantly hacking into the Quest's files.
Basically Questworld seems to be so futuristic that it's interfacing with alien tech. That being said what do the aliens have to say? "Humans, do not use your caveman technology in space. We're only 120 light years far away from you in which every single thing you throw at us would take at least 120 light years to reach us."
Imagine if the USA army with an army of tanks feel threatened by a Ceaser's Roman armies.
Finally, we are introduced for the first time to the Questworld AI Iris.
