The Saint and his con game

A mildly entertaining episode with the Saint tackling a unscrupulous crook, who is responsible for the death of a fellow partner, and does so by using his wily brains via conning him. John Woodvine, who plays the villain, is excellent, and his hard nosed character adds the tension to the proceedings. Not a standout episode, but it has some good moments of suspense and that saintly charm.

Trivia
Sammy Jacobs has a Jackie Pallo poster on displayed in his gym office. Jackie Pallo Jr. himself actually plays Terry, Sammy's wrestler.

Goofs
At around 28 minutes, various crew members and equipment reflected in car window when Ray Dennis and Sammy drive off.
