    Confusing but a scenic episode

An intriguing little potboiler with an exploding helicopter containing the son of the powerful Domenico ( played by Sam Wanamaker) and its all linked to a nuclear arms deal. It's a nifty, busy episode, but it's also confusing at times. The Greek locations are breathtaking, and Ian Oglivy lends an edge to his Templar, and doesn't hide his anger towards Domenico. There's some good action along the way.

    Dragonseed

Domenico (Sam Wanamaker) is a powerful Italian businessman. He even has an ex CIA man Falco (Shane Rimmer) organising security and any other dirty ded that needs doing.

The Saint was on the way to meet Domenico's son who was subject to part celebrations. Instead Simon Templar investigates his murder. The son was killed in a helicopter crash.

Later an attempt is made on Domenico's pregnant mistress. Someone is out to harm Domenico and he has made many enemies.

The Saint learns that Domenico does arms smuggling on the side, breaking sanctions in Africa.

At times convoluted , a bit silly, it is not hard to figure out the culprit.

There is nice use of location filming but some bad dubbing.

Simon Templar: [narrating] What sort of birthday present do you give a young man who's heir to a billion dollars? He's got everything money can buy already. And what he can't buy, you can't buy anyway. It's a puzzle. Maybe that's it. Get him an absorbing puzzle to help him hang on to his sanity.
