A lesser episode of the classic fifties space-opera

After rescuing a criminal (Frank Wilcox) from a damaged spaceship and landing on a planet (apparently one with no extradition treaty with the "United Worlds of the Solar System"), Rocky needs to come up with a 'legal' way to return the miscreant to Earth for justice. This is a particularly weak episode of the archaic science fiction show. As the villain, Wilcox is a sneering cartoonish tough guy and the 'resolution' to Rocky's dilemma is predictable and dumb. The scene with Vena being terrified of the 'ghost' is ridiculous, even for a kid's show.
