Does anyone know why this episode is missing on DIRECTV ondemand for HBO?

Sixth episode of Rome was its most boring one yet. There was so many love scenes, dialogs about love, naked dudes and women that i felt like watching some soft romantic soup opera. There was little to none action. Plot barely moved forward and everyone felt like were just doing it by the book.

Overall, a boring and disappointing episode.

I'm no prude, but a full third of this episode was in various bedrooms. These scenes added little to the plot and the intimacy rarely advanced the plot, developed new themes, or revealed character traits.

I know many prudish people who deride HBO series, directors, and actors for the base appeal to the senses. I disagree. S*x is a major part of humanity. It can and should be titillating and often can be used as a meaningful foil for character development or story progression. Many shows strike this balance.

This episode rehashes the well-established lust of many characters. It forces an untested character into that realm, and doesn't really depict Roman sexuality in a new way we haven't seen. The sex is wanton and takes up a significant portion of the episode. It was very distracting. I found myself skipping so much because I had enough.

Truly, I love this show, but this is HBO at its worst.
