In both this episode and in the Secret Agent (1964) episode No Marks for Servility (1964), Francesca Annis's character was chloroformed by someone.

Goofs
Simon and the villain are wrestling in the mine shaft in the final scene. The villain has a luger, which Simon knocks out of his hand. However, the gun that lands on the ground is an ordinary automatic, which is then used for the rest of the scene.
