Very funny episode

I remember seeing this live and I believe this episode won an Emmy. The Misery skit was a perfect fit for Roseanne. You can tell she had a blast hosting. Not on DVD so I held onto my VHS for years but I seem to have lost it. The best skits are cut from the Peacock streaming version.

Trivia
In the book "Live From New York - an uncensored history of Saturday Night Live", Julia Sweeney recounts that she debuted her 'Pat' character in the final sketch of John Goodman/Faith No More (1990) in which the only other cast member was Kevin Nealon. But when Roseanne Barr hosted later in the season, Barr specifically wanted to do a sketch with Pat. So, Sweeney wrote a sketch together with Christine Zander, and when she entered as Pat, she received unexpected applause from the audience, which she remembers as one of the best moments of her life.
