At the end of the episode, Turk tells Spence to tell the guys that ferrets only eat fresh vegetables. Ferrets are carnivores and can't eat vegetables at all. This is a throwback to Turk telling JD earlier that ferrets are mean - apparently, he really has a problem with them.
