    11/10

One of the greatest episodes in television history. The acting, the narrative, the music and the characters is all perfect. The second half of the episode is different to the first and it all accumulates into one of the most emotional moments in the whole of this show. A perfect episode which should be a recommendation to anyone who hasn't seen the show, a great episode that could bring anyone to watching the rest. It shows events that happen in real life from the pov of a doctor who loves his patient, the constant thoughts to himself about how they must of made a mistake, it shows that patients get hit the bad news but doctors also have to deal with telling the patient this news as well as knowing a patient they love and care for is unwell, and this episode does is perfectly. 11/10.

The hematopathologist writes his report with a pencil. Not only would he likely have dictated this sort of report and then have it transcribed and printed, but pencils are never used to document in medical records, since information could be erased and changed later.
