    Love Burt

Regarding my summary title, I'm mildly amused when "Burt Reynolds" is mentioned during this show or Fantasy Island by one of the characters, as he was on top of the world around this time, the late 1970's. He was too cool to make a guest appearance himself, but since these shows revolve around male machismo, his name gets mentioned when it comes to attracting the other sex. On to the stories, there are too many familiar faces, such as Harry Morgan, Audrey Meadows, Diana Canova, Georgia Engel, Robert Mandan, and Robert Urich. The strongest of the 3 stories had Wendel Snead(Morgan)cheating at gin rummy and wiping out the boat's crew, even though they get back at him later on. The funniest story had the Desmond's(Canova & Urich)bumping into an older married couple, the Watkin's(Meadows & Mandan), as this couple constantly argued and there were some funny insults tossed both ways, although the former couple's arguments seemed forced. The worst story had Shelia(Engel)fall for a guy named Howard(Harvey Jason), who looks like he picks his nose and eats the contents, if you get my meaning. While this wasn't a great episode by any means, it's nice seeing older stars ham it up one more time before their put out to pasture or before they pass on to the boat in the sky.
