    Worst acting

The Walton's should have finished after season 7. The next 2 seasons are the worsts written and acted. Series jumped shark after john boy left and really was horrible when that cousin showed up with those two annoying kids. Some of her worst acting I ever saw. In this order of worst Ben, new john boy and Jason. How did these guys ever get hired to act is beyond me. The sets of Paris and in the pacific is Mickey Mouse why even add these scenes doesn't add value. Again how did the producers choose this guy to replace john boy? Terrible actor no wonder I never saw this brick again. So there u have it.

Rose is shown peeling carrots that are already peeled, almost down to nothing.
    • Quotes

Narrator: [narration as John 'John Boy' Walton, Jr. reading from his journal] The war with Germany had ended, but the fight raged on in the Pacific where our younger brother, Ben, was still serving in a combat zone. Our family was especially concerned about Ben's wife, Cindy. As the rumors of an upcoming invasion of Japan grew, so did her fears about Ben, fears which took on a chilling significance.
