Married with Fishsticks

I can't explain why, but all I can feel when I watched this episode is...totally disaster...The costume, the creepy creatures, the male gaze and the awful script, just makes me feel so sick. I really don't understand what message the writers are trying to convey in this episode. Even if it's meant to be ironic, It's still not funny enough and very offensive to me that it makes all the female characters so foolish and fighting for man's love...

I mean, I really loved XENA and I never miss a single episode of this series, but this one is just...I can't even think of a word to describe it. Gross maybe? That I just want to skip it...

This episode has a beautiful set with a bizarre change from the usual episodes of the series. I think this is a fun entertaining and creative episode and is my personal favorite of the show. Very unappreciated gem. Please don't overlook this stunning work of art.
