Blessed are those Peacemakers

This Young Riders story has Josh Brolin falling in love with Brenda Bakke a member of a religious pacifist sect called the Peacemakers headed by James Cromwell. They've bought some land and are building a church. Only the town banker for his own venal reasons is whipping up a lot of hate and fear against the sect.

Brolin also has to fear a gunfighter played by Steve Railsback looking to settle a score. Both plot ele4ments collide at he climax.

Pacifism is nice, but it's a good thing the pacifists have young Jimmy Hickok around.
