Teaspoon meets an old enemy

David Carradine gives one wild eyed performance as an old enemy of Anthony Zerbe who upon hearing he's the new marshal of Sweetwater has come to town to settle scores. Carradine is as fast as he's crazy so Zerbe has his hands full.

Claire Wren the news den mother at the Pony Express station has some nasty folks named Browning looking for her. They killed her husband and she killed one of them. But they own the local law in their part o the country and there's a warrant out.

Finally Yvonne Suhor is outted as a female to Anthony Zerbe as well. As she continued as a regular she obviously wasn't fired from The Pony Express.

In a part that calls for David Carradine really chews the scenery.

Trivia
The character played by David Carradine is named "The Buzzard Eater". This is a tongue in cheek reference to his character in the TV series Kung Fu (1972), Kwai Chang Caine. In the pilot, he is in the desert and starving, being forced to eat a buzzard to survive.
