One terrible town

In this Young Riders episode, Ty Miller and Stephen Baldwin are going through a town called Prosperity which looks prosperous enough, but people seem afraid. While Cody and he are separated, the Kid gets into a saloon fight and gets put in jail.

Where he gets to do some Georgia chain gang like time for an undetermined sentence. The town is run by gambler Noel Harrison who's polished demeanor hides a sadistic streak.

Other key roles are played by Cassie Yates and Mark Rolston.

Good story with y Miller taking center stage.

Trivia
The bicycle that was being built and then ridden as a group is known as a "Penny-Farthing". The bicycle was invented 1871 by British engineer, James Starley and went out of popularity in the 1880s. More than likely, since the timeframe of this series is pre-Civil War, this episode would a case of historical inaccuracy.

Goofs
Teaspoon puts together what he calls a "velocipede," although historically velocipedes had two more similarly sized wheels. The bicycle that had a large and small wheel was known as a penny-farthing. Additionally, penny farthings had the small wheel in the back instead of the front, and the seat was not directly over the large wheel so that the handlebars could be connected to the large wheel.
