Homer vs. Dignity

To find this episode funny, which it is true that at first sight it is not, you need to watch some Youtube videos by pranksters. Then you'll understand that the fun of this episode was to parody the prank shows and (here more blatant), you'll find it funnier or more fascinating.

Homer becomes Burns' prank monkey in a woefully unfunny episode from what I am finding to be a weak S12 of the show.

The writers, having moved the focus of the show a little from Bart to Homer, at this stage seemed to be trying to test the water as to how dumb they could make him.

Some of the jokes here are beneath the character, and the show.

Not a good episode at all.

Mr Burns was at his worst moment here, he treated Homer like a punching bag and forced homer to act like a panda and the jokes are disturbing, racist and cruel even Mr Burns was acting so unlikable towards Homer and he never gets punished for his actions.
