    • Goofs
Transitions between scenes in this show often are marked with "establishing shots" of the front of the Malcolm family home. In this episode, when Abe comes over to talk to Lois about Hal losing his father, the front yard is barren and brown. The next day, after Hal's bad dream, Abe is back, and the shot of the house shows a great deal of lush, green vegetation across the front of the house, even hanging over the front porch.
