In an early take of the scene in which Harriet (Olivia Colman) pushes a banana down Joanna's (Pippa Haywood) cleavage, the two actresses collapsed into a fit of giggles. Out of character, Pippa said "That does feel rather different" and Olivia replied "Don't wee".
