Starts a run of perfect episodes that doesn't end until the end of season 10

This is where It's Always Sunny was perfected. You have the first season: it's missing Danny Devito and the chemistry isn't quite locked down yet, but yes pretty hilarious. Then there's the second season. That's when it caught people's attention. "This is really goddamn funny." There's maybe one dud of a joke per episode, but everything else is so insane, everything is so piss-yourself-laughing funny. Then we get this episode to start season 3. Somehow, for me at least, this begins a perfect streak of episodes that lasts until season 10. And I mean it -- perfect. I have watched each of these seasons so many times through, I lost count. This show is kinda magical because it never stops being funny. Never completely. There's something about the jokes, the concept overall even, that always reaches me somehow. I think it's in the performances. That, and the writing.

Anyway, yeah, obviously my favorite show, so, sure, call me biased.

I guess I could talk about this episode, now that I've said all that. This episode is great because you begin to see these characters bloom into the full fledged maniacs they'll become, especially Dennis, Frank, and Charlie (his backstory -- damn). Plus that "Riders on the Storm" scene is just awesome.
