Episode 9 is all about how Richie is finally going to meet the "new" Christine and how it is a big deal. In episode 7, Richie has already met the "new" Christine when she goes with Richard and Richie to see a penguin movie.
I noticed continuity goofs as well. In a previous episode Richard and New C come over to take Ritchie to school AND in another previous episode when Old C is reluctant to introduce Burton to Ritchie, Richard and New C tell Old C about how Richard was reluctant for New C to meet Ritchie but it went well and they have a good relationship now,etc.
