Paul takes care of Rag. Really 'takes care'.

Christopher Lloyd stars in this episode as Owen Kingston who brought Mike up in politics years ago. Mike has told the Mayor that Owen would be excellent for him to appoint to the Millennium Project board and the Mayor respects Mike's decision. But at the meetings Owen begins talking about religious references and about the end of time. Owen later tells Mike that he is 'The chosen One'. Mike thinks he made a huge mistake bringing Owen on board with the project.

In another story, Paul is going to take care of Carter's dog, Rags, while Carter is away. But during the 'sitting', Paul drops a paperweight on the dog. Paul comes up with a very clever, and funny, way of letting someone else take the blame.

There is much going on in this episode and even some not covered in this review, so the viewer has to be on their toes the entire time. It was a nicely performed show that was entertaining to watch. One of the funniest scenes happens when Paul believes he has killed the dog. Will not give away the scene but it is one that is worth watching. Good show.
