This episode begins with the Mayor listening to the head of a local woman's group. Mayor Winston is mesmerized by the woman because it looks just like the girl that he first had sex with in high school. He is so taken by the past emotions that when the speaker finishes, the Mayor cannot stand and applaud because his other member is already at a full erect mode. Paul tells the press that the Mayor was dizzy, so now the press thinks that the Mayor may have some heart condition.
Mike is going to have to come up with an excuse for the Mayor's actions. The staff is looking though medical books in order to find a condition that is similar to dizziness that can be used in political field.
Another story in the show is Nikki is dating this young man that claims to be writing a screenplay. The problem for the other people is that Nikki is paying for everything the screenwriter buys. The staff believes the man is taking Nikki for all she has and will never return her love.
Even though this was a well acted episode, they seem to go back to the same gag throughout the show. The Mayor's situation was funny but by the end of the show, the gag was wearing thin. I wish they would have spent more time with Nikki's problem as her situation was much more interesting and could have lead, with good writing, to a better result. However, the script still made for a nice watch.
