Was expecting more but got less.

In this episode, we convert back to the norm as three separate situations are touched-on in the show giving all main characters a chance to bake in the limelight. The main story involved Caitlin's dislike that Charlie is picking an assistant based solely on how the woman looks in a tight sweater. When Charlie gives the duty of selecting the assistant over to Caitlin, it seems that she has the same flaws.

The better story involved the Mayor having to have some dental work for an upcoming poster that features the new campaign for the city as 'Smile, New York'. But when the Mayor goes to his dentist, the one he has had for over fifty years, things do not go as planned. It looks like the Mayor will not be part of the photo setting when the new campaign poster are set.

There was another mild story that had Carter getting upset at a person that was parking a bike in his parking slot, but that story went no where. -- There was a few funny lines in the show but they were few and far between. The story of Mayor was much more interesting but it seemed that the writers wanted to feature a less humorous story about the assistant. This made the episode rather plain. Was expecting more but got less.
