Richard Kind is excellent in this episode.

The Speaker for the city council has just lost his Chief-of-Staff which comes as a nice surprise to the Mayor's administration. A new Chief-of-Staff has already been named and her name is Gabby Sanchez. Mike feels if he can turn on the charm to Gabby, they just might have her on their side. But Gabby is a top-notch administrator and it will be difficult for Mike to get anywhere with the new woman.

Also during the show, Paul has been dating Claudia and it seems that Claudia wants to take the relationship to the next level. Paul is not sure that he can perform since it has been a very long time and asks for help from Carter. This will lead to one of the funniest scenes in the series when Paul comes strutting down City Hall like John Travolta from 'Saturday Night Fever'.

Another well written and well performed episode. The episode was filled with humorous material and when from one situation to another like a well oiled machine. Good watch.
