Deidre is back which always makes for an enjoyable show.

Mike has set up Stacey and a councilman named Pete on a date. It seems everything is going very well with Stacey actually liking the guy. But the reason for the so called 'set up' was not for Stacey but for Mike to get the councilman's vote on the budget. Mike was after the vote rather than Stacey's happiness.

In another story, Deidre, Stuart's slutty girlfriend, returns and Stuart still trying to do something to break up the sadism and masochism relationship. He thinks if she sees him with another woman then Deidre may take the hint. When Stuart tricks Nikki into acting like she was kissing him, Deidre turns her hate toward Nikki and not Stuart. A cat fight may happen in the future.

There is also kind of a third story going on as the Mayor is hosting a Halloween party. Paul is excited since he always ends up singing with the Mayor at the end of the evening. But this time James wants in on the fun. There is a feud developing between Paul and James.

For some reason every time the episode contains Deidre, it makes the viewing more enjoyable. The other stories are nice but does not have the interest that comes from the sleazy girlfriend of Stuart. The entire episode was nicely done and had some funny costumes integrated into the show. Nice watch.

Paul Lassiter: Well that depends, are you, me?
