    Good old fashion 'Pig Off'.

The city is wanting land that they had leased out to be the site of a new Performing Arts Center. The problem is the land was leased to farmers to sell their product. As the Mayor's office is negotiating with the farmers, one of the tomato farmers, Mr. Stepnowski, refuses to move. He said that he is taking the matter to court.

It just so happens James is familiar with Mr. Stepnowski. It seems they were competitors in what is called a 'Pig off' while living in Minnesota. Mike gets Mr. Stepnowski to agree that if James wins a 'Pig Off' then he will move. But it will not be that simple. There is something in the past that will haunt James as the competition nears.

There are a couple of other humorous stories going on in this episode. The Mayor has become friends with a local rapper. Carter tells the Mayor that it may hurt his image to be seen with the rapper but it is also strange when the rapper has been told that it will hurt his image if he is seen with the Mayor.-- Also Stuart has learn that Paul may have had sex with his slutty girlfriend, Deidre. Now it is eating at Stuart something awful.

This was a pretty entertaining show. Each story was very well done which kept the interest level high. One of the funniest exchanges happen when Paul keeps poking Stuart about having sex with his girlfriend-- it was a nice change of pace. Throw in the pigs and you have a nice episode. Good watch.
