    Poncho or Serape?

This is really the high-water mark of fashion for David Soul. In the opening scene, he is wearing a poncho or a serape over a jacket. That's a bold statement.

There also appears to be a satin and feathers halter top on Lynn Anderson in a later scene.

Fun with Fashion. I miss the 1970's.

    Edit
    • Trivia
First time David Soul sang on Starsky and Hutch as a nervous Ken Hutchison on a country-western stage even though he had already begun his singer/song writing career in 1966.
    • Goofs
Its shadow can be seen top right when Starsky is cuffing Jerry Tabor, and telling him he's a sick man.
    • Quotes

Barroom Brawler: You lousy cops! What right you got hangin' around Sue Ann?

Det. Ken 'Hutch' Hutchinson: Mess with the lady again, friend, and you'll find out!

Det. Dave Starsky: Hey, that's terrific. You sound just like Dirty Harry.

Det. Ken 'Hutch' Hutchinson: Dirty who?

Det. Dave Starsky: Harry. Cop up in San Francisco.

      Det. Ken 'Hutch' Hutchinson: Oh.
