Jack and Victor are visiting their respective wives graves. Jacks wife's grave says she died in 1991 and Victors wife in 1993. This would mean that Jacks wife died 12 year's ago and Victors wife 10 years ago. However previously it was stated that Jacks wife had died 10 years ago and Victors 12 years ago. So the wives deaths have swapped.
