Alex refers to having a fundraiser car wash and says he has done it before. He had a car washing business in an episode of Kids of Degrassi Street.

Goofs
Liz O'Rourke is introduced as a transfer student from John A. McDonald Junior High. However, she is clearly visible exiting a Degrassi classroom in the first episode of the series, and as a background character in a few additional episodes early on.
