Sam is annoying

Is it just me that finds her absolutely unlikable? I guess the writers have started to address she a 'pain' but they don't go far enough in my opinion.

She really makes me cringe and grimace in her holier than thou scenes now, I'm hate watching the series until s8 so I can be rid of her for good.( riddance) Other than her. Good show. :-/

Sam oversteps the mark.

After the dynamic and dramatic first part, The Fallout concludes with a more domestic story. Sam refuses to lose the bit between her teeth, and keeps chipping away. The ending is a tragedy, but who's ultimately to blame? Deacon for not confiding? Or Sam for digging too far? Interesting.

At least Sam and Leo are now a little tighter, they've had a bumpy first ride. It's a fine conclusion, the format feels very different, Sam hasn't changed.

Hidden from View

Sam is a crusader. She is like a bulldog, attached to a leg. She is so good at her job, she forgets that police work can be imprecise. Here, because the police don't keep her up to speed, her actions have serious consequences. This begins with a huge traffic accident, but the players have more involvement than originally thought. Thee is a bigger picture and we need to sympathize with Sam because all those deaths seem to involve collateral damage. But should law enforcement trade the lives of one group over that of another. That is the ethical dilemma at work here.
