    • Trivia
The intro for Kandi's TV show, "Stiffs", contains the song "Squeeze Box", by The Who. This is a nod to the "CSI" franchise which featured songs by The Who in their intro sequences: "Who Are You" for CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000) , "Baba O'Riley" for "CSI: NY (2004) and "Won't Get Fooled Again" for CSI: Miami (2002). April Bowlby (Kandi) appeared in "CSI: New York" and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation".
    • Goofs
When Charlie helps Jake hang posters in his bedroom, he asks Jake if he has a secret stash of magazines at his mother's house. Jake replies, "Just one: Playboy, 1998. The Christmas issue." Jake says, "God bless Kimberly McAdoo, from Portland, Oregon", and recites a short bio of her. The December, 1998 issue of Playboy featured The Dahm Triplets (Jaclyn, Nicole, and Erica) as the centerfold that month.

Kandi: I have to pass the audition first. Let's not put the cart before the whores.

      Alan Harper: Horse.

Kandi: [clears throat] Maybe a little. I've been rehearsing all day.
