- Mr. Schwartz: Hello. Were you in a car accident or something?
- David Isaac: No, I wasn't. I got into a fight.

- David Isaac: Oh, yeah? You think this is bad? You should see what I did to the other guy.
- Mr. Schwartz: Yeah, right. Is he in the hospital too? Yeah, what's the difference? If it's any consolation to you, years ago I was going with this girl. I met her at Madison Square Garden. At a hockey game. Ab DeMarco hit a puck out of the rink right in our direction and I saw it was going to hit this girl next to me so I put my head in front of it - bam! I mean, I had a scar fourteen inches on the top of my head. And that's how I met my future wife. Anne was her name. She was beautiful. Lovely looking woman. Delicate.
- David Isaac: That's nice.
- Mr. Schwartz: And then she died in an automobile accident. Gone. Pffft. While I was in the service overseas. Terrible.
- David Isaac: I'm sorry. I'm very sorry to hear that.
