Lena Lagerberg, a stewardess of Stockholm,has not returned to her family home because of a very traumatic event.His father, Bjoern,who lives with her sister Ingrid and her family, had a boat accident and so she travels home to visit him.Quite near of their house is Marielund, a property managed by Elinor the godmother of Lena.Magnus Jacobson ,an architect of Stockholm comes with his daughter Emma to spend holidays in Marielund ,because he has very good memories of his childhood holidays in this place. Lena and Magnus feel well together and little by little fall in love together.

Linda is very happy because she has got a job at the museum and soon she will marry with Nils.Before this marriage she gets back home for a reconciliation with her father.In the way she meets Henrik,the husband of her sister Gunilla.

Hanna and Erik Bellmann have left Stockholm with their boat and Hanna springs in the water to rescue a Pelle,the son of Niclas Söderling.Later the boat has mechanical problems and Hanna and Erik have to stay on Muskö island.
