    Overrated and Awkward

Season 3 is an overrated, mixed bag. Some episodes are genius and capture the core magic of the show, but too much of it feels forced and that's evident in this episode.

    No company is perfect.

If there's anything I've learned from this episode of The Office and that is no company like a paper company is going to be perfect all the time. And there's a number of things I would like to point out.

    1. The regional manager must be responsible for the regional company and has to be held accountable. Can't get away with it.

    2. In Michael's case, I believe he tried his best to be responsible for what happened and he didn't joke about the situation.

    3. One of the customers who wasn't satisfied with the the company and stubbornly refused to accept Michael's apology. I think she was being stubborn and hardheaded.

I loved this episode. It was really funny when he was trying to apologize and she didn't want to accept that, one of the best scene of this episode. Also school scene was funny.

    • Trivia
Referring to the crisis, Michael says it's threat level midnight and Jim smiles at the camera. In The Client (2005), Pam finds a screenplay written by Michael, titled "Threat Level Midnight" and subsequently Jim organizes the office in a reading of the screenplay.
    • Goofs
While Michael is filming his apology video, what he is saying does not match up with the cue cards that Dwight is holding.
    • Quotes

Jim Halpert: [Jim sits at his desk, dressed like Dwight] Question, what kind of bear is best?

Dwight Schrute: That's a ridiculous question.

      Jim Halpert: False. Black bear.

Dwight Schrute: Well, that's debatable. There are basically two schools of thought.

Jim Halpert: Fact, bears eat beets. Bears, beets, "Battlestar Galactica."

Dwight Schrute: Bears do not... What is going on? What are you doing?

Jim Halpert: [in confessional] Last week, I was in a drugstore, and I saw these glasses. Four dollars. And it only cost me $7 to recreate the rest of the ensemble, and that is a grand total of $11.

Dwight Schrute: [Back at their desks] You know what? Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. So I thank you.

[Jim takes a bobblehead doll out of his suitcase and sets it on his desk]

Dwight Schrute: Identity theft is not a joke, Jim! Millions of families suffer every year!

      Jim Halpert: [imitating Dwight] Michael!

Dwight Schrute: Oh, that's funny. Michael!
