During the party, when Lena and Cem are talking in the kitchen, at
first there is the box with Cem's birthday gift between them, then it is
gone. In the deleted scenes on the DVD, it can be seen that there was a
scene when Lena unpacks Cem's present and finds the book "Jurassic Park".
This also explains the reference to dinosaurs some minutes later.
