This show is great. It shows brides of all shapes and sizes. It shows the real struggle everyday brides have when searching for a dress. I've been watching the show since it first aired. It educates brides so they are not lost when they decide to go dress shopping. It helped me in selecting my dress. LOVE THIS SHOW AND LOVE RANDY!!
I love this show. My love for say yes to the dress shows and wedding shows in general all started with this show. There lots of family with drama when it comes to the dresses. There pretty wedding dresses and ugly ones of course. The sell people are really good and helping the people find there dress and making the sells they need. This is a really good show. I highly recommend this show to everyone even if they there not wedding shows.
I just started watching the first season. I started watching it out of boredom because I couldn't think of anything else to watch. The only episodes I really haven't liked for the ones were the Brides who are trying on gowns that look like lingerie. You know, the ones where their breasts are practically falling out of the front and they've got so many see-through panels in the dress that she can't wear underwear not even a thong.
Randy is fantastic. He understands his brides and is genuinely passionate about putting them in the right dress that will make their wedding day special. It must be frustrating when you get a bride in the store who has no intention of buying a dress and just wants to visit Kleinfield's because it's the place to go. I watched the episode ' A Surprising Turn of Events' and I knew the bride Victoria was just such a bride. She said she has been to 24 stores and I think that the sales lady knew she right off the bat that she would not be purchasing a dress. Thank heavens she only tried on a few dresses and then it was suggested she leave and think about it. Of course you knew she would not come back. It's such a waste of time when they take away the time that the sales people could spend with other brides who are genuine buyers.
For a man, it is strange to define this show. It is a galery of bride portraits. Amusing, dramatic, bizarre, In same measure, can be fascinating to discover the dreams of women becoming true. And, sure, it is a show about image, family and self definition. Nice. And, in few moments, fascinating.
