    Father/Daughter

This episode concentrates on trying to figure out why a soccer mom was blown up in her van. The story is interesting and involved a 30 year crime that was finally being put to rest.

Booth is also trying to get Brennan to have a relationship with her father. They argue over the fact a bit, but in the end, Brennan sees the errors of her ways and agrees, after a very sad conclusion to the case, that she needs to accept what her father is offering.

Booth celebrates by drinking way to much. As they sit outside looking at the Washington Monument, Booth drinks coffee trying to sober up. Like we've been seeing a lot of lately, Booth again makes physical contact with Brennan and she, of course, remains oblivious to what's happening in their relationship.

    HI Bones Booth!

I've watched Bones since it's premiere and it's been my comfort show ever since! My love for this show is real and true! That being said this ep is not a fav.

Bones is acting like such a brat with Max! And the bomb squad chick and Hodges is gag worthy! Angela scores with her take in the whole sitch!

Caroline storming the platform saying "Booth can shoot me later" kills me! Even she isn't exempt from her empty threat to let Booth shoot people!

Is it just me or is the A plot a little to close to Brennan's parents story?!

    Magical evidence: Flag Watch😄

Angela & Hodges continue the hilarious quest to find her Fiji husband...he's a TITAN!

After the Season 2 finale and then The Widow's Son this ep was really kind of a let down. They can't all be bangers tho!

Drunk Booth gets it a 6

Hi The Bones Booth! Love the pod! My BIL works for the State Dept so I've spent a lot of time in the DC/VA area!

    Mixed Reaction

The case here begins with a woman going to a soccer game and having her van blow up, killing her in a devastating fire. As this event is investigated, it is discovered that she was Symbionese Liberation type during the Sixties who was accused of killing a cop. She had a partner. The FBI had been after them for over 30 years. A cop who Booth has known for a long time has made the arrests of these two his whole purpose for living. He is all emotion and Brennan points that out. She tries to look at the events back then with an objective eye, while he has complete tunnel vision. A couple of distractions. A sexy new woman comes to the lab to help but has Hodgins drooling. Also, Brennan continues to try to figure her father out as he sits in prison.
