Twisters was ham-handed, corny, and made little sense. The two main characters had no romantic chemistry. She looked twenty, and he looked about forty. The dialogue was bad, and the supporting actors added very little in the ways of story or acting. There was an oppression storyline and the bad guy was an opportunistic land grabber, and the good guys had an insatiable need to 'help,' which was goofy. The effort to make this a 'Fast and Furious' type movie was also senseless with scientists trying to run one another off the road. The soundtrack seemed thrown together and the only thing redeeming about this movie were the shots of Oklahoma. I can't believe how bad movies are nowadays with such a high budget.
