Terrible, awesomebro documentary
Please, don't waste your time. Just go watch Walking with Dinosaurs. If you've already watched it, rewatch it. This series basically just craps all over scientific accuracy. Sure, Walking with Dinosaurs made it's mistakes, but almost nothing here is accurate, as the dinosaurs are portrayed as vicious monsters practically thirsty for blood, always roaring and ripping each other apart when most of the time it's nonsensical (while Walking with Dinosaurs actually portrayed them as the real animals they are and the science was cutting edge for the time, while here, this series was inaccurate when it aired). Most of the fights don't make any sense and are not scientific, only made to appease action junkies rather then show how dinosaurs actually lived. It claims to be like a Dinosaur CSI where it shows actual situations shown with fossils, but these are highly exaggerated. The fights are much more violent and action-packed then what actually happened. It's like comparing actual human fights to the fights in the Mortal Kombat games. It's portrayal of dromaeosaurs (Deinonychus and Dromaeosaurus) is particularly horrendous, basically ripping off Jurassic Park instead of showing the beautiful creatures they actually were. The only episode that's actually pretty cool and that I would recommend is Deep Sea Killers, the only reason I'm giving this series two stars. But every other episode is a steaming pile of garbage that should be avoided if you want to learn anything.
Effort was made, but in the WRONG place
The budget for this appalling show seems to be higher than some, but all that effort was out into the wrong place. Instead of make Fight Club a factual and educational documentary, the creators turned it into some awesome bro epic dino blood brawl.
The many inaccuracies include (but are not limited to):
The portrayal of the animals is just dreadful. Dinosaurs/prehistoric animals were NOT bloodthirsty and didn't have some "endless thirst to kill". Many of the animals make absolutely rediculous decisions that they'd have to be rabid to do in real life.
Overall, this show should be a fictional show, not a documentary. The dinosaurs in JFC are just monsters, not animals like in reality.
The many inaccuracies include (but are not limited to):
- The Dromaeosaurs (raptors) are portrayed as pack hunting and featherless. There is extensive fossil evidence that this is untrue.
- Tyrannosaurus is said to have a toxic bite like a Kamodo dragon, because it's teeth were serrated. However, many other carnivores have serrated teeth and no toxins. It is absurd speculation to believe T-Rex had toxins in its teeth like a Kamodo dragon (infact, it has been found that Kamodo dragons have VENOM, not just bacteria).

Enjoy watching the dinosaurs, but please plug your ears...
A sad show where what are often presented leading minds in their respective fields talk about wild hypothesis and theories rarely saying it could all be a "maybe", often boasting them with a "it's now believed" when it's not and pretending to understand everything from just a few clues (nearly everything is a "know" and not a "could be"). It's disgusting to see how they show no respect for science whatsoever, they don't even think about the fact that they are talking to people who don't have any kind of real knowledge about these subjects and could take everything they say as pure gold.
The CG isn't bad at all compared to other dinosaur shows (I refuse to describe them as documentaries) and the animations are kind of good too. In the end... since there is a huge lack of serious dinosaur shows and documentaries out there I forced myself to watch this as long as I could see decent CG reconstructions of dinosaurs. I also liked the few reliable informations they gave (even if I still have to double check them...).
If you want to watch this just please keep in mind that this isn't something to take too seriously... the science in it is forced and "Dinosaur George" should go study some more for the sake of the people that believe everything he says...
P.S. Why every time I watch an American show/documentary about these animals they only use superlatives to describe them? Everything must be the BIGGEST! STRONGEST! THE MOST EVIL! THE MOST FEROCIOUS! even when they are not...

I HATE this sad excuse for a documentary!
I hate Jurassic Fight Club for 3 main reasons. The first reason I despise this show is that it's inaccurate, even for the time. Some examples of things that were inaccurate, even when the show came out are Majungasaurus having defined forearms, Pachyrhinosaurus having a nasal horn, Deinonychus and other dromaeosaurs not having feathers, and SEVERAL OTHERS. The second reason why I loathe Jurassic Fight Club is that the editing is annoying and almost gives you a mini-seisure because there are too many fast-pased jump cuts and ugly color filters. The last reason why I have DISDAIN for this series is that it's ONLY about dinosaurs killing each other, and whenever this peice of crap masquerading as a documentary brings up something that's not about killing, it only spends only a few minutes on that subject so it can just get to the bloodshed quicker. Dinosaurs were regular animals and didn't fight to the death for no reason apart from some "endless hunger". This is a documentary, and documentaries are supposed to be educational, but Jueassic Fight Club LIES TO ITS AUDIENCE. 1 out of 10, would not reccomend.
Fights over Facts.
This show is infamous among the paleontology communities for it's inaccurate depictions of these animals and ridiculous fight scenarios.
If you are looking for cheap entertainment to watch ironically then maybe this will please you but other than that stay away, don't watch this show to get educated.
But if nothing else this show did give us the meme of Dinosaur George saying: " Tyrannosaurus Freaking Rex!"

- TriviaDespite the fossil evidence that suggests that the raptor-like dinosaurs were covered (at least partially) with feathers, this show continues to show them with scales, a rather obsolete image nowadays. The animals in question are only shown to have worn feathers on the back of their heads, on their arms, and along their tails, or, in one case, nowhere. According to the creators, this is due to budget issues and technical limitations, although the episodes that focus on mammals did manage to animate the animals with hair.
- GoofsThe show constantly depicted carnivorous dinosaurs with pronated hands (with their palms facing down or back). These animal's were unable to twist their hands this way. Fossil evidence shows they constantly held them with the palms facing inward. To turn their palms downward, they would have had to twist their whole arms.
